Pathways 2 Learning is proud to offer both fee-pay options and School Readiness Assistance.
Pricing
- 6 weeks - 18 months: $195/week
- 18 months - 36 months: $175/week
- 3 years - 5 years: $160/week
Fees
All fee pay ages have a $45 non-refundable deposit at application and $100 supply fee at enrollment.
Diapers, wipes, formula, and meals are provided at no cost, saving parents approximately $1,961.56. We encourage you to consider this savings as an opportunity to invest in your child's future.
Annual Fundraising or Volunteer Requirement
To strengthen our community involvement and support center operations, each fee-paying family will be asked to meet one of the following annually:
- A $500 fundraising goal
OR
- Volunteer service hours, which may include: participating in P2L community booths, assisting with lawn care or cleaning of the facility, reading to children in the classroom, or other approved opportunities provided by the center.
Payment Details
- First Payment: Covers the first two weeks of services.
- Payable every Friday for the coming week.
- Late Payment Policy: Parents who fall 2 weeks behind in payments will not be eligible to bring their child onsite until all payments are up to date.
- Payment Method: Payments are made via Automatic Clearing House (ACH) and will be electronically drafted from an account of your choice weekly. Cash payment options are not available.
School Readiness Assistance
Pathways 2 Learning participates in the State of Arkansas Division of Early Childhood Education, Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) program and there may be assistance available to you for payment of childcare services at our centers.
How to Apply for Child Care Assistance and Payment Vouchers
The State of Arkansas provides financial assistance for high-quality child care and early childhood education for children ages birth to 12. Please visit with your Childcare specialist to help complete an online application for assistance through the State of Arkansas Division of Early Childhood Education, Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) program.

Eligibililty Criteria:
- Work at least 20 hours a week
- Attend school full-time
- Spend at least 20 hours a week in a job training program
- A combination of these qualifications totaling at least 20 hours a week will be considered.
Qualifying Income:
- Use the Sliding Fee Chart to determine eligibility. Include all earned income from all family members, including SSA, SSI, and VA. Families may need to pay a percentage of the child care cost
